1. 1. I understand that my child’s slot will only be confirmed once full payment is made & all fields above are filled up.
2. 2. I acknowledge that my child does not have any special needs and agree that LQK may withdraw enrollment if specialized support is required.
3. 3. I have registered my child according to the appropriate age group. I understand that students of the same birth year or one year older can be placed in the same age group.
4. 4. I understand that there will be no refunds of material and administrative fees before the start of school. This ensures that all vacancies are fairly allocated and prevents multiple registrations. I also understand that there are no refunds after the start of school.
5. 5. I understand that class transfer requests are subject to case-by-case approval and are dependent on slot availability.
6. 6. I understand that the December fee serves as a security deposit. In the event of a withdrawal, it will be used to offset the final month of enrollment. If no withdrawal occurs, it will remain as the December fee.
7. 7. I acknowledge that the withdrawal notice period is 1 month, and that no refunds will be given for any advance fees paid prior to withdrawal.

9. 9. I acknowledge that refunds for payments made via HitPay or card services will exclude the platform’s administrative fees
10. 10. I understand that classes will only commence with a minimum of 7 students, and my child may be transferred to another available time slot if this requirement is not met.
11. 11. I understand that if fees remain unpaid for 2 consecutive months, LQK reserves the right to terminate my child’s enrollment immediately.
